Participates in projects involving support for foreign and Belarusian companies on matters relating to the regulation of the IT sector and the application of the Hi-Tech Park regime;
Takes part in providing legal support for the establishment and operation of crypto exchanges, crypto brokers and mining companies;
Participates in the analysis and application of legislative requirements in the field of financial monitoring and anti-money laundering;
Takes part in advising on legislation governing gambling activities and assesses the requirements applicable to business operating models;
Prepares software development agreements and agreements on the assignment of rights to intellectual property objects, ensuring the proper transfer and protection of rights.
