Promotion and Advertising

The REVERA team provides comprehensive legal support to companies engaged in promoting goods, works and services in the market, both in Belarus and within international projects.

We advise on advertising, marketing and other forms of promotion, including special and highly regulated methods of communication with consumers and professional audiences. A particular focus is the minimisation of legal and reputational risks.

  • determination of the legal status, rights and obligations, and potential liability of an advertising market participant (for example, the status of an advertising distributor and the corresponding obligation to be included in the register of advertising distributors);

  • interaction with public authorities and support during inspections.

Advertising games and promotional campaigns

  • preparation of a full set of documents for advertising games and promotional activities; 
  • support with registration, implementation and reporting; 
  • development of alternative solutions that do not require registration of a game. 
     

Regulated sectors

  • advice on the advertising of medicinal products, food supplements and medical devices; 
  • support in relation to the advertising of alcohol and tobacco products, financial services and other categories; 
  • analysis of restrictions applicable to advertising in the media, on television, on vehicles and in outdoor advertising; 
  • preparation of recommendations on advertising compliance.
