Advising the consortium’s of foreign companies with regard to participation in a tender (pre-qualification stage) for the first public-private partnership project in the Republic of Belarus (project for reconstruction and maintenance of “Motor road М-10: border with Russian Federation (Selishche) – Gomel – Kobryn km 109.9 – km 195.15” on the basis of PPP).
Our servicies included assistance in compiling documents for bidding, submitting a request to the regulator seeking explanation of provisions of preliminary tender documentation and communication with the Contractor represenatives.
On the part of REVERA, the project was attended by the head of banking and finance subpractice Olga Polozova, as well as the head of real estate and infrastructure projects subpractice, Aliaksandr Antonau.
